Section R657-5-3 - License, Permit, and Tag Requirements(1) A person may engage in hunting protected wildlife or in the sale, trade, or barter of protected wildlife or its parts in accordance with Section 23-19-1 and the rules or guidebooks of the Wildlife Board.(2) Any license, permit, or tag that is mutilated or otherwise made illegible is invalid and may not be used for taking or possessing big game.(3) A person must possess or obtain a Utah hunting or combination license to apply for or obtain any big game hunting permit.Utah Admin.
