Section R657-3c-13 - Propagation of Aquatic Animal Species(1) A person shall obtain a certificate of registration before propagating any aquatic animal species classified as prohibited or controlled, except as otherwise provided in this rule, statute, or rules and orders of the Wildlife Board.(2) A certificate of registration is not required to propagate any aquatic animal species classified as noncontrolled.Utah Admin.
