Section R657-3b-8 - Collection of Bird and Mammal Species(1) A person shall obtain a certificate of registration before collecting any bird and mammal species or bird and mammal species parts classified as prohibited or controlled, except as otherwise provided in this rule, statute, or rules and orders of the Wildlife Board.(2) A certificate of registration is not required to collect any bird and mammal species classified as noncontrolled.(3) A person may take a raptor species for falconry as provided in Rule R657-20.Utah Admin.
