Section R657-33-20 - Donating(1) A person may donate protected wildlife or their parts to another person in accordance with Section 23-20-9. (2) A written statement of donation must be kept with the protected wildlife or parts showing: (a) the number and species of protected wildlife or parts donated; (b) the date of donation; (c) the permit number of the donor and the permanent possession tag number; and (d) the signature of the donor. (3) A green pelt of any bear donated to another person must have a permanent possession tag affixed. (4) The written statement of donation must be retained with the pelt. Utah Admin. Code R657-33-20
