Section R657-29-8 - Denials(1) If the records officer denies a request in whole or in part, he shall send a notice of denial to the requester either in person or by sending the notice to the requester's address.(2) The notice of denial shall contain the information required in Subsection 63G-2-205(2).Utah Admin.
