Section R657-2-9 - Parties(1) Parties to an adjudicative proceeding shall be persons who have a statutory right to be parties and persons who have a legally-protected interest or right in the subject matter which may be affected by the proceeding.(2) The division will be considered a party to all adjudicative proceedings conducted by the Wildlife Board.Utah Admin.
