Section R657-2-5 - Commencement of Adjudicative Proceedings(1) An adjudicative proceeding may be commenced by either: (a) a notice of agency action, if the proceeding is commenced by the division or the Wildlife Board; or(b) a request for agency action, if the proceeding is commenced by a person other than the division or Wildlife Board.(2) A notice of agency action shall be filed and served according to the requirements of Section 63G-4-201(2).(3) A request for agency action brought by a person other than the division or Wildlife Board shall be filed and served in accordance with the requirements of Section 63G-4-201(3) and R657-2-6.Utah Admin.
