Section R657-14-14 - Violations(1) The penalty for any violation of this rule is a class C misdemeanor as provided in Section 23-13- 11(2).(2) Any violation of, or failure to comply with the provisions of this rule, any requirement contained in a certificate of registration issued pursuant to this rule, or any Wildlife Board Order may be grounds for revocation, suspension or denial of future certificates of registration as determined by a division hearing officer.Utah Admin.
