Section R657-10-19 - Waste of Wildlife(1) A person may not waste or permit to be wasted or spoiled any protected wildlife or their parts.(2) The skinned carcass of a cougar may be left in the field and does not constitute waste of wildlife.Utah Admin. Code R657-10-19
