Section R652-21-1101 - Other Ongoing Reporting(1) An Operator shall notify the division of any changes to permitting or certifications from the Department of Environmental Quality.(2) An Operator shall notify the division of any changes to its water rights or points of diversion during the term of the Operations Royalty Agreement.(3) The Operator shall provide, within a commercially reasonable period of time, any other reporting of relevant information requested by the division to ensure compliance with the division's management responsibilities over sovereign lands or statutes and rules specific to Great Salt Lake.Utah Admin.
