Section R652-122-700 - Participation Commitment Carry-Over1. The value of Participation Commitment actions may, in certain instances, "carry-over" to the next fiscal year with the approval of the respective FFSL Area Manager.2. It is the responsibility of the Participating Eligible Entity to receive approval from their respective FFSL Area Manager in advance of pursuing a carry-over and account for, track and report the carry-over from year to year.3. Decisions of the Area Manager may be appealed to the State Forester. The State Forester may hold a hearing or request additional information before making a final decision.Utah Admin.
