Section R650-205-5 - Lower Provo River(1) A person may not operate a vessel on the Lower Provo River at a speed greater than wakeless speed between the place where the river enters Utah Lake and the gas pipeline.(2) A person may not use a motor on the Lower Provo River upstream of the gas pipeline.Utah Admin.
