Section R649-8-14 - Form 13-A, Monthly Summary Report of Gas Processing Plant Operations1. Gas processing plant operators shall complete and submit a monthly report in accordance with R649-6-1, to account for the receipt, processing and disposition of all gas by the plant.2.
