Section R623-7-6 - Software Installation(1) Election officers must obtain written permission from the lieutenant governor before the installation of any software.(2) The election officer, or their designee, must be always present during software installation.(3) Before deploying the installation, the election officer, or their designee, must verify that they have a full backup of each election conducted within the last 22 months.Utah Admin.
