Section R623-11-4 - Signature Verification Standards(1) The election officer shall ensure that each signature on the affidavit of each ballot is reviewed and that it is reasonably consistent with any signature found in the voter's registration record.(2) The election officer shall ensure that each election worker reviewing ballot affidavit signatures has completed the training required under Subsection 20A-3a-401(9) before reviewing the signatures on any ballot affidavit.Utah Admin.
