Section R623-10-6 - Other System Users(1) If a request for access is received by the Lieutenant Governor for someone that is not a county or state user, the Lieutenant Governor will review that request and determine whether to grant access.(2) If the Lieutenant Governor grants access under Subsection (1), the user must follow the security procedures outlined for a state user in Section R623-10-5.Utah Admin.
