Section R614-4-12 - Storage of Explosive MaterialA. Explosives and related materials shall be stored in approved facilities required under the applicable provisions of 27 CFR 55 Commerce in Explosives, and/or the applicable provisions of the U.S. Department of Defense Regulations.B. All explosive materials shall be stored in an approved magazine or area unless they are in process, being used or being loaded or unloaded into or from transportation vehicles or while in the course of transportation.Utah Admin.
