Section R600-2-1 - Business HoursA. The offices of the Commission shall be open for receipt of official documents between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Commission offices shall not be open for business Saturday or Sunday and on state-recognized holidays.B. Notwithstanding the 5 p.m. filing deadline provided in R600-2-1(A), official documents filed with the Labor Commission will be deemed timely if filed electronically, either by email or facsimile, before midnight on the day the document is due.Utah Admin.
