Section R592-9-2 - Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of this rule is to:

(a) establish the amount for an individual title insurance producer assessment; and

(b) establish the amount for an agency title insurance producer assessment.

(2) This rule applies to:

(a) an agency title insurance producer; and

(b) an individual title insurance producer.
