Section R590-68-11 - Certain Transactions Subject to Subsection 31A-5-303(1)(1) The acquisition or disposition of a transferable option, put, call, spread, or straddle is a change in the beneficial ownership of a security to which the privilege relates and requires the filing of a statement reflecting the acquisition or disposition of the privilege.(2) Subsection (1) does not exempt a person from filing a statement required upon the exercise of an option, put, call, spread, or straddle.Utah Admin.
