Section R590-285-16 - Filing Requirements for Advertising(1) Upon request, an insurer shall file with the commissioner a copy of any limited long-term care insurance advertisement used in, or intended for use in, Utah.(2) An advertisement shall be retained for at least three years from the date the advertisement was first used.Utah Admin.
