Section R590-272-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to create a format to provide an annual report of commission compensation from an insurer or a third-party administrator associated with the sale or placement of a health benefit plan to a large customer.(2) This rule applies to a producer selling or placing a health benefit plan to a large customer.Utah Admin.
