Section R590-268-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to:(a) provide the content of a stop-loss insurance policy disclosure;(b) define prohibited lasering practices; and(c) establish the procedure for filing:(i) a rate and form filing and; (ii) a report filing, including: (A) the insurer's stop-loss experience;(B) an actuarial certification of compliance; and(C) an actuarial memorandum regarding the actuarial certification of compliance.(2) This rule applies to an insurer marketing or offering a small employer stop-loss contract.Utah Admin.
