Section R590-262-6 - Required Data Elements

(1) An insurer shall submit the data required by Rule R428-15 and the Utah All-Payer Claims Database Data Submission Guide if the data are available to the insurer.

(2) The Utah All-Payer Claims Data Submission Guide is available on the Department of Health and Human Services website at https://healthcarestats.utah.gov.
