Section R590-262-12 - Replacement of Data Files(1) An insurer may replace a complete dataset submission if no more than one year has passed since the end of the month in which the file was submitted.(2) The office may allow a later submission if the insurer can establish exceptional circumstances for the replacement.Utah Admin.
