Section R590-220-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for submitting: (a) an accident and health insurance filing including a stop-loss insurance filing; and(2) This rule applies to an insurer offering accident and health insurance, including a group accident and health insurance policy issued to a nonresident when a Utah resident is covered under the policy.Utah Admin.
