Section R590-192-5 - Disclosure of Policy Provisions(1) An insurer or an authorized agent shall disclose to a claimant any benefit, limitation, or exclusion of a policy that relates to a diagnosis or service of a particular claim presented.(2) An insurer or an authorized agent shall disclose to a claimant any provision of a policy that relates to an inquiry regarding coverage.Utah Admin.
