Section R590-186-7 - Investigating Unprofessional Conduct(1) The commissioner shall investigate a complaint of unprofessional conduct submitted in writing to the commissioner.(2) Once an investigation is complete, the commissioner shall report findings and a recommended disposition to the board. (3) A report from the commissioner is confidential and may not be disclosed beyond the department and the board.(4) After obtaining the board's recommendations concerning an investigation, the commissioner will determine the appropriate disposition.Utah Admin.
