Section R590-186-2 - Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of this rule is to establish

(a) licensing criteria;

(b) certification guidelines; and

(c) standards of conduct for the bail bond business.

(2) This rule applies to a person licensed as:

(a) a bail bond agency;

(b) a bail bond producer; or

(c) a surety insurer.
