Section R590-148-15 - Standard Format Outline of Coverage(1) An insurer shall use an outline of coverage that conforms with the Long-Term Care Insurance Outline of Coverage.(2) The outline of coverage shall be in at least ten-point font.(3) The outline of coverage may not contain advertising material.(4) Capitalized or underscored text in the standard format outline of coverage may be emphasized by other means that provide equal prominence to capitalization or underscoring.(5) The text and sequence of text of the standard format outline of coverage is mandatory, unless otherwise specifically stated.Utah Admin.
