Section R590-147-3 - Definitions

Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 31A-1-301. Additional terms are defined as follows:

(1) "Insurer" means a licensee who is licensed under Title 31A, Chapters 5, 7, 8, 9, 14, or 15.

(2) "NAIC" means the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
