Section R539-9-4 - Priority(1) First priority enrollment targets a person who is waiting for a supported employment service and currently receives funding from the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation.(2) Second priority enrollment targets a person who is waiting for a supported employment service and no other division service.(3) Third priority enrollment targets a person waiting for a supported employment service and any other division service.Utah Admin.
