Section R539-3-6 - Personal Property(1) A restriction to property implemented by the division or provider shall be: (a) part of a written behavior support plan as described in Section R539-4-4; or(b) an emergency behavior intervention as described in Section R539-4-5.(2) Each restriction shall be approved by the team and the provider human rights committee before use of the restriction.Utah Admin.
