Section R527-920-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) The purpose of this rule is to outline the procedures for establishing electronic funds transfers to an obligee and to specify appropriate exceptions to the requirement for ORS to make disbursements by electronic funds transfer pursuant to Section 62A-11-704.Utah Admin.
