Section R527-57-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Health and Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 26B-1-202. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 26B-9-108.(2) The purpose of this rule is to provide information about kinship locate services provided pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 653 including who may request kinship locate services, what information is required to make a request, and what information may be provided from ORS.Utah Admin.
