Section R527-475-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) This rule establishes procedures for ORS to intercept a state tax refund to recover delinquent support pursuant to Section 59-10-529.Utah Admin.
