Section R527-430-2 - Definitions(1) "Unobligated spouse" means a spouse and joint-owner of a financial account, joint recipient of a non-means tested lump sum payment, judgment, settlement, or lottery who is not obligated by the child support order that is the basis for the action.(2) Other terms used in this rule are defined in Sections 62A-11-103, 62A-11-303 and 62A-11-401.Utah Admin.
