Section R527-40-2 - Retained Support(1) "Retained support" refers to a situation when an obligee who has assigned support rights to the state has received child support but failed to forward the payment to ORS.(2) If support has been retained, a referral to recoup the retained support and the supporting evidence may be sent to the appropriate ORS team to open a recovery case.Utah Admin.
