Section R527-394-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) The purpose of this rule is to meet the requirements of 45 CFR 303.104 and Section 62A-11-321 that ORS develop guidelines to determine whether posting bond or security is appropriate on a support case.Utah Admin.
