Section R527-378-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services (DHS) may create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) may adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) The purpose of this rule is to set limits on the amount withheld from social security benefits in certain situations.Utah Admin.
