Section R527-34-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107. This rule incorporates by reference 45 CFR 302.33 (June 9, 2020).(2) The purpose of this rule is to outline the services that ORS will provide to a non-IV-A recipient of child support services.Utah Admin.
