Section R527-305-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures when a request is received from a IV-D child support agency of another state for high-volume, automated administrative enforcement of support orders pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 666(a)(14) and Section 62A-11-305.Utah Admin.
