Section R527-303-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) Pursuant to Subsection 62A-11-703(6), ORS shall make rules specifying eligibility requirements for alternative payment agreements. The purpose of this rule is to specify how ORS will determine the eligibility of an obligor to make child support payments via automatic payment withdrawal from a bank account in lieu of income withholding.Utah Admin.
