Section R527-300-3 - Income Withholding Reinstatement(1) Income withholding may be reinstated if: (a) income withholding was terminated based on a court or administrative order and the obligor later becomes delinquent by at least one month's support;(b) ORS resumes collection of support on behalf of the state, another state or a non-IV-A obligee; or(c) the obligor fails to abide by the Automatic Payment Withdrawal plan with ORS.Utah Admin.
