Section R527-300-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to 62A-11-107. ORS is authorized to terminate income withholding pursuant to 45 CFR 303.100(a)(7).(2) The purpose of this rule is to specify ORS procedures for income withholding.Utah Admin. Code R527-300-1
