Section R527-258-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) The Department of Human Services is authorized to create rules necessary for social services pursuant to Section 62A-1-111. The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) is authorized to adopt, amend, and enforce rules pursuant to Section 62A-11-107.(2) The purpose of this rule is to specify the procedures for collection of IV-D child support and arrears payments after the obligor has been released from prison, jail or an in-patient treatment program.Utah Admin.
