Section R527-254-5 - Record of Payments - Applicant(1) If an applicant for IV-D services wishes to submit a determination of support arrears by a judicial court to ORS for collection, the applicant must provide a copy of that order.(2) The applicant must also provide a record of payments received toward that debt and a remaining balance on that debt.
