Section R527-220-2 - Child Support Liability(1) The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) will establish and enforce child support obligations against parents whose children are in out-of-home placement programs administered by the Department of Health and Human Services. The department shall consider fees for outpatient and day services separate from child support payments.(2) Establishment and enforcement of child support shall be pursuant to Title 78B, Chapter 12, Utah Child Support Act, Title 26B, Chapter 9, Recovery Services and Administration of Child Support, and Section 78A-6-356.Utah Admin.
