Section R527-200-3 - Designation of Presiding Officers

The following persons are designated presiding officers in adjudicative proceedings:

(1) agents;

(2) senior agents;

(3) team managers;

(4) quality assurance specialists;

(5) associate regional directors;

(6) regional directors;

(7) directors; and

(8) other persons designated by the director of ORS.
