Section R525-8-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is adopted under the authority of Subsection 26B-1-202(1), which grants the Department of Health and Human Services the authority to adopt rules that may be considered necessary for providing health and human services to the people of Utah.(2) This rule explains the criteria for admission to beds for the forensic mental health facility at the Utah State Hospital (USH).Utah Admin.
